45th Annual Sausage and Kraut Feed Sausage

On Saturday, February 17 from 4 PM – 8 PM The West Linn Lions are hosting their 45th Annual Sausage and Kraut Feed. At the Resurrection Catholic Parish, Tualatin, Oregon. Come enjoy great food and fun for the whole family! Featuring live entertainment from the Oregon Polka Beats.

Tickets are available for $14 Dollars at the door. Ages eight and younger get in free. All proceeds benefit community projects.

Wine Raffle

The West Linn Lions holds an annual a Wine Raffle, where 26 cases of excellent locally grown wines are be raffled away.

Valued over $6,000.00 only 850 tickets are sold with 40 winning tickets drawn


Each ticket is only $10.00 or 11 tickets for $100.00. This years drawing was held November 3rd, 2016Proceeds go to West Linn Lions Scholarship Fund for West Linn High School Seniors.

The West Linn & Riverview Lions clubs will be cooking up Pancakes, Burgers and Elephant Ears at the 62nd West Linn’s Annual Old Time Fair on July 20-22, 2018. Trick N Racy Car Show & Burger Barbecue

30th Annual Sunshine Cruz at Clackamette Park, Oregon City

The West Linn and Riverview Lions clubs are gearing up to cook up some great burgers at the Trick’n Racy car show on Friday June 16, 2017 From 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM— at Clackamette Park.

Trick ‘n Racy Cars  is a car club based in Oregon City, Oregon, USA.    It was formed in the 1985 as a not-for-profit organization to promote the fellowship of owners of hotrods, special interest, and classic cars.    Current membership totals approximately 50 active members ranging in age from “early 20’s” to members of who-knows-how-old that act as if they were in their “early 20’s.”

Members gather for periodic cruises, tours, and events throughout the year to raise funds which are used to support the Club’s charitable giving in the Oregon City community Over the past nine years, Trick ‘n Racy Cars has donated over $58,000 to support the needs of local residents and charities. The Annual Sunshine Cruz is always held at Clackamette Park on the Friday evening in June just before Father’s Day weekend. 2017 will be the 30th year the club has hosted this event.

Peter Rabbit Breakfast & Carnival

The West Linn Community Preschool is hosting their 41st annual Peter Rabbit Pancake Breakfast and Carnival on Saturday, April 8th from 8AM-Noon at West Linn High School.

There will be a sausage-and-pancake breakfast, carnival games, face painting and prizes plus photo opportunities with Peter Rabbit.

Raffel ticket will be sold golden, silver and bronze eggs with a chance to win some exciting prizes including an overnight stay in Oregon wine country or a chance to ride in a Lamborghini Gallardo.

The proceeds from this event will help us meet West Linn Community Preschool budgetary needs for the school year and help fund a scholarship program plus

Adults $5 pre-sale, $6 at the door
Kids (3-12) $4 pre-sale, $5 at the door

Raffle ticket prices range from $5-$25.

Flags For Kids

Each year the West Linn Lions Club sponsors a flag day for the West Linn Elementary Schools so children can gain insight into what our American Flag means. The West Linn Lions Club present small flags with wooden stands to up to 300 1st and/or 2nd graders at Bolton, Cedar Oak and Sunset Elementary Schools.  The Riverview Lions Club also present to the three other  West Linn Elementary Schools (Stafford, Willamette and Trillium).

Each Child receives an small American Flag of their own to take home with them and leans the meaning of the pledge of allegiance.  The intent of the presentation is to teach children facts and History about the American Flag and patriotism However, the display also has a collection of flags representing various countries around the world that have Lions Clubs which  teaches children to have respect for other countries and flags.
